Privacy Notice

What we collect: Conversation messages, survey responses, timestamps, and an anonymous participant ID. No real names, email addresses, or institutional identifiers are stored in this system.

How it is used: Data is used solely for research purposes as described in the informed consent form. Your participant ID is the only linkage to your identity, and that mapping is maintained offline by the principal investigator.

Retention: Research data is retained for a minimum of three years after study completion.

Security: All data is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the research team.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw before submitting your final answer. Contact your instructor within 7 days of submission to request removal of submitted data.
